2. What this site collects

This site uses no tracking cookies. Traffic statistics are aggregated and anonymous. If you write to us (email or form), we keep your message and address to reply — with your consent, and nothing else.

3. What the product processes

Luge is built local-first: inference and transcription can run entirely on your device. When you use your own API key, your requests are governed by your agreement with your model provider. When you use a hosted workspace (Team plan, managed sovereign modules), your data is isolated per organization, logged for audit purposes, and processed under this policy.

4. Your rights (Law 25 / PIPEDA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, as well as portability of the data you have entrusted to us. Write to [email protected] — we answer within 30 days.

5. Incidents

Any privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm is reported to the individuals concerned and to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
